WEDNESDAY NIGHTS….

Hey guys! Keep bringing your buddies to church on Wednesdays> especially you high schoolers!!!!!! We’ve got a TON of sixth graders!! GOOD JOB!!!!!!!! Keep it up!

Don’t let worship start to slide, bring on in those friends of yours. The youth friends that you have a church, encourage them to continue to come to Wednesday night worship, and get some to come back!

Hey, if you see someone new on wednesday night, GO UP AND TALK TO THEM!!!!! Don’t let them leave without feeling welcomed!!!!!!!!!! BE BOLD!!!!!!!

Ski updates

Hey guys! The annual ski trip is coming up EXTREMELY soon!! We will be leaving at around 8 am on Sunday morning, December28. We will come home on December 31, Wednesday around 7 pm. Yes, that is New Year’s Eve.

Cost: $275 first family member, 2nd and more people: $175. Bring money for at least 5 meals. Money for extra spending (like shirts and stuff like that). Snowboarding and Tubing is $25 dollars each extra. YOU DON’T HAVE TO INCLUDE THAT IN YOUR PAYMENT ON DECEMBER 3!!! It can be paid there.

WHAT TO BRING: Bring you Bible. That is the MOST IMPORTANT object that you need to bring. If you don’t have one then tell someone. Bring ski pants and a jacket. What i mean by ski clothes is: MAKE SURE IT’S WATER PROOF!!!!!!!!! Bring towels, wash cloths, and toiletries. Bring, sheets for a single bed and/or a sleeping bag. You’re going to want to be warm. Bring a couple extra outfits> make sure they are very warm. THOUGHT: one year we went skiing and we ended up skiing in our ski pants and t-shirts. It was very warm up there, but be sure to be prepared for warm and ABSOLUTELY FREEZING!!!!!!! Bring eye protection (you may want to get something that won’t just slide off the front of your face if you fell or something.) Ear protection (tobogin-however it’s spelled- or ear warmers). Bring extra socks. THOUGHT!!!! You will absolutely want to stay away from COTTON socks. They WILL get soaked and they will make your feet very cold and that doesn’t feel good at all. Not only should you bring water proof socks, bring a couple extra pair. GUYS::::::::: DO NOT TRY TO DRY YOUR SOCKS BY PUTTING THEM IN THE MICROWAVE. it WILL stink up your room!!!! (yes we’ve had a group do that!!!!!) EEEEEEWWWWWWWWWW!!!!!!! You may want to bring a water bottle> bring a church one if you’ve got it.=) Also, bring gloves. make sure they are water proof. What i like to do is, wear regular gloves and then put waterproof gloves over that (keeps you warm for sure)

AGAIN:: STAY away from cotton!! Cotton will allow the water to leak in and you will be COLD!!!!!!!!!
